Qigong (Chi Gung) is the art of “listening for the power” within.
Most likely, you heard about Tai Chi. And to highlight the difference, we can say that Tai Chi is a branch of Qigong or a facilitated form of it. With Qigong you become a Lord of your life force – to rejuvenate, heal, create, challenge, experience…
You will learn about Qigong practices in general and about the Eight Brocades in particular.
Anton will explain the principles and benefits of this practice and of each of its eight movements.
Then we will explore these movements one by one with demonstration and corrections. And finally, all the eight movements we will perform as a whole Eight Brocades practice so your body gets first physical experience and feel the actual effect.
Each of you will take home a demo video of Eight Brocades to remember the movements!
The practice takes only 10-15 minutes a day and your will notice the positive influence of it from the very first time.
As a conclusion, we will have a tea ceremony with a high quality Chinese tea and healthy treats.
